What is your favorite greasy spoon?

I only ever go there for breakfast, and haven't gone in a while, but The Templeton in Vancouver on Granville and Helmcken. They had (or at least had) a blog, and promise quality food and snappy service. The restaurant is 50s diner style, and rumour has it it's run by a lesbian collective.
